Curriculum
At St Andrew's Church of England Primary School we provide an ambitious, broad and balanced curriculum that is designed to meet the needs of all children. Our curriculum provides our children with meaningful experiences and opportunities with the knowledge and skills they need for life beyond our school.
Our curriculum is organised and sequenced in a way that ensures the end points the children are working towards are clear. Our children acquire the knowledge and skills they need to accomplish the end points by building on what they have already learned.
We are driven to create a positive school culture where diversity and equality is at the core. Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural development opportunities are woven throughout RE, PSHE and acts of worship.
Our ambition is to develop the ‘whole child’, nurturing children’s talents and celebrating their achievements and successes. Our values of courage, resect and kindness alongside our vision of ‘Letting your light shine’ underpin all that we do at St Andrew's CE Primary School.
