Our Church School

At St Andrew's Church of England Primary School we enjoy a strong partnership with the church and its community.

Every Wednesday, Rev Ian visits school to meet with our Spirit Blazers to explore ways to enable our school to flourish. He spends time over each term in each class supporting both the teacher and children.

All the children enjoy a weekly worship in the church with Rev Ian or a member of the clergy which is rooted in Biblical stories which often have the Spirit Blazers acting out the stories!

Every Wednesday, from 3pm onwards, our school community can enjoy a coffee and biscuit in the church. Everyone is always welcome.

We enjoy our school community attending church for a variety of services throughout the year often led by the children. These are just a few examples: Harvest, Remembrance, Diwali, Nativity, Ramadan and Easter. Everyone is always welcome to join us.
